Everything needed for an exceptional exhibition presence.
Officially recommended by Iran’s leading exhibition organisers to Chinese exhibitors, Dragon Exhibit brings confidence to booth design, construction, equipment and on-site services. Share your exhibition, space and objectives; we define the scope and coordinate local delivery.
A custom stand starts with the brand, audience and exhibition objective rather than a standard system. It is suited to exhibitors who need a distinctive spatial identity, product presentation or visitor journey.
Scope can include
Concept development around the available stand space and products.
Technical drawings, production and installation coordination.
Alignment with exhibition rules, practical functions and the agreed budget.
What we need from you
Share the exhibition, hall and stand details, dimensions and open sides, brand guidelines, products, visitor objectives, required functions and budget range. This separates a purpose-built solution from a standardized or modular package.
Group Participation coordinates several exhibitors or companies within one programme or pavilion. It brings shared planning and organization together while retaining each participant's individual booth, display and operating requirements.
Scope can include
Master layout, shared identity, common signage and coordinated visitor areas.
Organizer requirements, schedules, technical information and local delivery planning.
Individual company allocations, booth needs and shared service coordination.
What we need from you
Provide the number of participants, space allocations, shared identity, organizer manual and deadlines, individual company requirements and the division of responsibilities. This is an organizational service for coordinated participation, not a stand-construction category.
A hybrid booth combines a modular, prefabricated or aluminium-system structure with selected custom-built forms, finishes or brand features. It offers a considered balance of identity, flexibility, delivery time and budget for one exhibitor's stand.
Scope can include
A reusable system framework configured to the stand geometry.
Selected custom fascia, feature walls, finishes and branded surfaces.
Lighting, product display, digital media and equipment coordination.
What we need from you
Identify the brand priorities, required zones and equipment, desired visual finish, timing and budget range. Tell us which elements should feel fully custom and where a modular system is acceptable. Group or pavilion coordination is covered in the Group Participation section.
Shell scheme and prefabricated stands use standardized systems for an efficient, controlled setup. A shell scheme normally begins with the event's defined wall-and-frame package; a prefabricated or modular stand uses reusable system components arranged for the required layout.
Scope can include
System walls, frames and a layout suited to the stand footprint.
Confirmed graphics, flooring, lighting, counters, display and storage elements.
Coordination of selected equipment and practical fittings.
What we need from you
Send the organizer's package or technical specification, stand dimensions and open sides, branding files, display and storage needs, and required equipment. Items are defined in the agreed scope; every package does not automatically include every listed element.
Equipment and operational support complete the practical exhibition setup. Requirements are requested for the relevant stand or programme, reviewed for the event and confirmed as part of the agreed scope.
Available categories can include
Furniture, counters, screens and video walls.
Refrigeration, water and coffee-related equipment.
Interpreters and other confirmed operational support.
What we need from you
List the required item or support type, quantity, specification, intended location and dates. We confirm the applicable selection and availability before delivery; this public overview does not change portal ordering or access rules.
